Even though I felt a bit silly trying them for the first time, now I don’t worry about what others think as I know I’m using the right form, the machines and free weights properly. Katy’s programs introduced me to macros which were explained thoroughly and easy to follow with Katy’s macro calculator on her own website.

I now track my macros every day and know exactly what is going into my body and can be confident in reaching my goals. The challenges include email support personally from Katy who has always answered my questions promptly which has been incredible. Even being on the other side of the world I felt included and never once did I feel I wasn’t getting the right information or felt left out. I've been trying to reach my goals for about two years now with small bursts of "I can do this!" followed by a lull that just pushes me back to square one.I am looking and feeling the best I ever have and I’m so glad I was part of these challenges. I'm sick of starting over every week because of my inability to stick to anything. I'm just so curious about it and am thinking of joining in on the one that should be starting up in January as a gift to myself before my birthday in Feb! I just want to see if I can actually push myself for once and get to where I want to be. If you have participated, was it worth the price? Did you actually receive personalized coaching and nutrition information? So have any of you participated in one of these challenges? I tried searching this sub and even r/fitness but there wasn't much and the last post here was posted 10 months ago. There are real prizes and there is an active IG community to get involved in which I feel might help with keeping me accountable and disciplined. I know I could just as easily follow another plan out there and get results, but what really grabs my attention is the "challenge" aspect of it. I understand Katy Hearn and her challenges aren't the "secret" to fitness or anything like that. I have been struggling very hard with sticking to my fat loss goals and basically have very wavering drive/discipline when it comes to losing this fat and getting my diet on track.
